My son-in-law is in a wheelchair, and is a big fan of South Park. I researched getting a custom designed bobble head figure in a wheelchair for him, but the cost was prohibitive, and still wouldn't be a very good likeness. When I spotted this wobbler Timmy, I was ecstatic - (and so was SIL when I gave it to him).

I've purchased the Talkin Timmy Wacky Wobbler, and I'm dissapointed.
It seems that anything that touches the desk where it's placed triggers the talking mechanism to the point that it's not fun anymore. I had to put back the plastic strip on the bottom to deactivate the sound. Also the spring of the head is somehow tight so when you tap the head the whole chair/base, being lightweight, tilts off.
