I purchased three as gifts. One functioned properly for a day, then half the buttons failed. The other two were delivered nonfunctional.

I owned one of these before and, after a couple of years, it stopped talking. I got replacement batteries, but they did absolutely no good at all. I suppose that, eventually, the chip just wears out. Anyway, I liked it so much that I bought another one. If you're not a South Park fan, you probably won't understand half of what Cartman is saying. If you are a South Park fan, then it's indispensible. I epecially like the 'Respect my authorita!' for meetings and the 'Don't touch me!' for almost anytime.

I have enjoyed this toy for years. The battery finally ran out after about a year, but I will replace the batteries soon. It's totally awesome.

too bad this keychain lasted only about three weeks of occaisional use before the recorded chip started to fail... now it just chirps, not words. poor quality product.

I bought this as a gift and when I received it... the batteries were dead. Which was probably due to it being in a bubbled envelope that was shipped through the mail. I had to purchased new batteries before giving it as a gift which obviously cost MORE money.
