| | Description | Since the first episode aired on Comedy Central in 1997, South Park has proven to be one of the most socially relevant and downright hilarious television shows of all time. No series skewers pop culture and politics with more effective wit and wisdom than South Park—from dysfunctional family life to bad manners to the entire country of Canada, for the residents of this tiny town, no subject is sacred or taboo! A regular ratings monster and Emmy-winner, South Park is also an unlikely source of advice on all facets of life. Stan, Kyle, Cartman, and Kenny along with the rest of the town offer hilariously twisted insights and questionable counsel on topics such as teamwork, spirituality, and the opposite sex. South Park Guide to Life is a much anticipated collection of colorful illustrations and original lines from the show. Great for grads and fans alike!

Not Perfect, But Is Still Amazing May 25, 2009
By Ashley W As a South Park fan, I was delighted to find out about this book. It combines two of my favourite things: quotes and South Park! Yes, it's not as perfect as I imagined it to be, there's a few misattributed quotes and I would have loved to have seen a mention of what episode said quote came from, but, I love it nonetheless.
Divided into 12 chapters or topics, there are corresponding quotes... and it's pretty recent. The most recent quote is from "Breast Cancer Show Ever" which premiered in mid-October 2008 (this book came out less than 6 months later). Within this collection there are funny quotes, quotes that taught me something, and much more!
To me, what makes this book worth whatever money you spend is the Foreword, by Brian Boitano, who has a song named from him in "Bigger, Longer and Uncut" and has an appearance in that short that first started it all (impersonated, of course). He says some really nice and true things about this wonderful show.
Yes, this book isn't a book that discusses the philosophy of the show (read those books, they're pretty good) in depth, and just showcases quotes from the show, with no discussion, but it's still pretty nice.
If you like quotes and South Park, this is a nice thing to have!

"The Further we go the Stranger it gets..."
I have to say that even though the book is short it is awesome. If you love South Park like I do then you should buy this book. Why? Well for a look back at classic South Park lines. All I have to say is buy this book. You won't be disappointed I promise you.

An absolute must for the legions of dedicated South Park fans Apr 13, 2009
By Midwest Book Review The kids of South Park are the world's most famous potty-mouth ten year olds in the world. Now fans who can't get enough of them on cable television's 'Comedy Channel' (launched in 1997 and currently in its 13the season) can enjoy "South Park: Guide To Life" by South Park co-creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker. An illustrated collection of 'quotable quotes' the South Park gang of Stan, Kyle, Cartman, Kenny, along with such citizens as Chef, Mr. Garrison, and others, the "South Park Guide To Life" provides an iconoclastic philosophy such as Kyle's observation "Hybrid cars don't cause smugness. People do." A great (and all too quick) a read, the "South Park Guide To Life" is an absolute must for the legions of dedicated South Park fans, and a popular addition to any school or community library American Humor collection.
Good Fun Coffee Table Book May 01, 2013
By S. Halvorsen The book consists of stills from the show and random quotes from the characters. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is that I wish it was "bigger and longer". Maybe 100 more pages :)
